    I need to give some feedback regarding Juan (Martin) who was our server this evening. I have no clue how long he has been in this industry but out of all my experiences in dining out, even at 5 star Michelin restaurants, I have never had such genuine and top tier service such as his. I haven't been to a Cheesecake Factory in over 5 years due to a bad experience when I was in Houston, Texas. My boyfriend and I came here on a whim and I figured, why not try their product in the Bay. I'm thankful for moving with this decision. Martin is eloquent and he has this genuine touch when following up, and asking questions vs. assuming. When he came back to our table to recheck the temp I requested for my steak, I knew he actually cared about providing great service. This Cheesecake Factory will definitely have my boyfriend and I continue to return as long as we have Martin as our server. I look forward to our future experiences and I do hope your team takes care of him as team members like him are so rare to come by. If I would, I wish I could have him work at my hotel to raise our guest experience. Thank you Martin for a wonderful experience! 1,000,000/10 Now to talk about food, the stuffed mushrooms were delicious and we finished that plate til there was no sauce left 9/10, price point though could be renegotiated. Calamari, bomb. 10/10. My boyfriend's Jambalaya Pasta, was delicious! 8/10. NOW... My RIBEYE!!! For a Cheesecake Factory, my Ribeye here, was 100 x's better than Flemings Steakhouse in Santa Clara and 1,000x's better than the Outback Steakhouse in Milpitas. Martin ensured my steak was cooked at the right temperature and boyyyy, was it perfect. I replaced my side with the Mac and cheese and definitely a right choice for me. For dessert, I'm actually an avid cheesecake hater, but I decided to try and actual Cheesecake Factory cheesecake for the first time and I fell in love with the Banana Cream Pie Cheesecake. Thank lawd, I felt like I was in heaven. To touch base on ambiance... I won't lie, I was taken aback because it started getting dark in there and I kept looking at my S/O thinking... "are they trying to set the mood?" other than that, the please expect us to be back on at least a monthly basis. Haha.

    Excellent service at the bar Lizzy. She was very attentive and kind. My carbonara meal with shrimp was delicious and so were my drinks. The atmosphere here is quiet party. Being next to the best mall in California makes this a plus

    Quality/Quantity - My wife's favorite place to get her cheesecake fix. Today we got the tiramisu cheesecake. I typically hang out at the happy hours while she shops, see HH pics. HH is from 4pm to 6pm from Monday to Friday. You have two very loyal customers... Atmosphere - Good size location. Plenty of parking. Open 7 days a week, from 10am or 11am to 10pm or 11pm; see Yelp. Regular, booth, and bar seating. Cool decor. Service - Good. Good job with your curb side, 10 minute parking, etc. Too bad so many people abuse those spaces. Price - $25 + tip; expensive, but worth it. Happy wife = happy life. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1972 and with your 336+ locations. I did not know you also owned the Grand Lux Cafe in the Venetian in Las Vegas. And a few other concepts.
